Landscape Management

The following items are priced per property and will occur on a weekly or monthly basis during the 7 months from April to October. The quoted price will include all the following services and will be billed on the first of each month, with all payments due by the 15th of the month. A 10% discount will be given if total contract amount is paid in full at the beginning of the service contract.

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing – weekly service
• Basic structural pruning – monthly service
• Maintenance weeding of all plant beds – weekly service
• Debris removal and yard clean up – weekly service
• Irrigation time clock management and tuning – monthly service
• Tree stake removal - Low voltage lighting maintenance – monthly
• Sprinkler start-up and shut down – spring & fall

Additional Landscape Management Services

The following services are available à la carte and will be priced per service. Each service will be tailored to your specific landscape needs. If you would like a service for your landscape that is not listed please do not hesitate to let us know. These services will be billed per additional item at their completion. We will be happy to walk your landscape with you and determine just what you need.
