Quality on a Schedule

We have a landscape architect on staff who provides handcrafted landscape designs.  Site issues such as drainage, privacy, exposure and microclimates are taken into consideration along with your wants and needs. The design fees will be credited back to you when Silver Lace installs the landscape.

	1–	Call to schedule a meeting at your property.
	2–	Provide a copy of your site plan for our architect.
	3–	Make a list of your wants and needs
	4–	We provide a preliminary design and itemized proposal.
	5–	Finalize design and construction begins.

Blueprints and Landscape Design

We use these designs to help our clients visualize the finished product. Once they are finalized, we ask for a deposit, signed contract, and warranty agreement. These remain the property of Silverlace until your landscape is installed.
